NE chain plate bucket elevator is a relatively vertical lifting equipment in China, which can be widely used to lift various bulk materials. Due to its energy saving, it has become the choice to replace the TH type chain elevators.
Working Principle
NE chain plate bucket elevator is revolved by the moving parts on the upper driving sprocket and the lower redirecting sprocket. Under the action of the driving device, the driving sprocket drives the traction member and the bucket to make a rotary circular motion, and the material is fed from the lower feeding port. Each bucket, when the material is lifted to the upper sprocket, is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity and centrifugal force.
Advantages
1. Large conveying capacity. The lifting capacity can reach 15m3/h~800m3/h.
2. Wide range of promotion. It can not only improve general powder and small granular materials, but also improve materials with high abrasiveness. The required temperature is less than or equal to 200°C.
3. The driving power is small. Adopt inflow feeding, induction discharging, and intensive arrangement of large-capacity hoppers. When the material is lifted, there is almost no material return and excavation, so the ineffective power is less, and the power is saved by 30% compared with the chain hoist.
4. The lifting height is high. The plate chain type high-strength chain is adopted, and the lifting height can reach 40 meters under the rated conveying capacity.
5. The operation and maintenance are convenient and the wearing parts are few.
6. The bucket elevator has good structural rigidity and high precision. The casing is folded and pressed in the middle, and after welding, the rigidity is good and the appearance is beautiful. Low overall cost, good sealing performance, energy saving, environmental protection and less maintenance.
