The modified system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen on the basis of the traditional vibrating screen, and superimposes a high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic vibrator on the screen, and the ultra-fine powder receives huge ultrasonic acceleration. , so that the material on the screen surface is always in a suspended state, thereby inhibiting adhesion, friction, leveling, and other blocking factors. It solves the screening problems such as strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, light specific gravity, etc., making the screening of ultra-fine powder no longer difficult, especially suitable for users of high-quality and fine powder.
